This announcement constitutes the official pre-award synopsis, as the U.S. Air Force intends to award a recurring and non-recurring engineering services contract with activities encompassing NAICS Code 541330 (size standard of $25.5M). This award is based on Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies or services required are available from only one source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A single award indefinite delivery, indefinte quantity contract vehicle with multiple contract types is anticipated with a period of performance of 5 years. This award will provide comprehensive sustaining engineering for the B-1 Radar system, building upon the support currently provided under GSA OASIS Task Order 47QFWA21F0007/GS00Q14OADU325. This contract encompasses recurring services such as on-call engineering support for field issues, NG Radar Software Integration Lab (SIL) sustainment, fleet technical support, and Aircraft Availability and Reliability Team (AART) support. It also includes non-recurring task assignments for advanced sustainment needs exceeding form/fit/function replacement, engineering deliverables, and Upgraded System Test Bench (USTB) software maintenance. As the sole integrator for the AN/APQ-164, Northrop Grumman (CAGE# 2S209) is the only contractor with the technical knowledge of the systems and software necessary to provide the technical data, resources, and expertise necessary to fulfill the Government's requirements.
