This order proposal request is limited to 8(a) Sole Source – KWAAN. The contractor will furnish all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals needed to repair interior masonry wall damage, drywall, and roof decking at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Funds are not presently available, and the government’s obligation is contingent on appropriated funds being made available to the contracting officer and written notice to the contractor.
