Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract is for the complete repair of the chilled water system at Building B2280 on Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The contractor must furnish all materials, labor, and equipment, and is responsible for identifying all necessary logistical and structural work elements. All contractor personnel must complete specific FOD awareness training to work in areas like flight lines and hangars. The contractor is also responsible for field-verifying all provided Government information, such as utility locations and structural data. The work does not involve handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) on contractor systems.
