Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a competitive Multiple Award Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) program for construction, repair, and maintenance at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma. The BOA will be valid for up to five years, and contractors must be selected as BOA holders through an annual solicitation to be eligible to compete for future task orders. Specific task orders under $25 million will be set aside for small businesses, while those over $25 million will be full and open. A mandatory Pre-BOA teleconference is scheduled for January 6, 2026, and responses to required attachments are due by 1300 CST on January 15, 2026. The government will accept additional Requests for Information (RFIs) until 1700 on January 8, 2026.
