This is a sources sought notice for the repair and replacement of HVAC controls and conversion to a BACnet system in Building 2122 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor must provide all design, materials, labor, and equipment for the project. A mandatory requirement is that the Tinker AFB Honeywell partner must be used as a subcontractor for a specific portion of the work. Respondents who can only act as a General Contractor must provide their typical cost percentages and an estimate of the work share for the required Honeywell subcontractor. The contractor is responsible for conducting a site investigation to verify all existing conditions.
