This requirement is to be solicited exclusively to current MAC BOA holders who attended the initial site visit on 15 May 2025. The work to be performed under the terms of this order consists of furnishing limited design services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals required to accomplish the repair/replacement of the roof on buildings 964, 4068, 5715, 61018, & 61019 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information). The Contractor shall be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements required to perform the work as described herein. Assemblies, framework, fixtures, or apparatus not readily identified on the project drawings, specifications, or the Statement of Work (SOW) shall be provided by the Contractor as required for a complete, fully operating, and functioning system or systems ready for use by the Government. Information such as roof plan layouts and dimensions; structural, mechanical, and electrical data; and location of utilities provided by the Government for existing and new construction are based on available as-built documentation, field observation, and equipment selected as design basis by the Government. This information is to be considered approximate and shall be field verified by the Contractor. IAW FAR 36.204(e), the estimated price should be described in terms of the following price range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. IAW FAR 52.232-18, funds may not be presently available for this contract. The Government obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Responses to Requests for Information from all offerors shall become part of the awarded contract.
