This bridge acquisition will be a firm fixed price (FFP) with a 3 month base and six one month options. Independent Government estimate (IGE) was derived by the CE BOS FAS members by reviewing and comparing the current BOS contract costs and determining if there should be any adjustments for increased future costs. Base CE services are vital to the support of Team Tinker's myriad warfighting missions. The "Bridge" base CE contractor will be required to provide property maintenance and support services for 19 million square feet in over 425 facilities and approximately 5,000 acres of land to include administration and work request management for facility operations, logistics support, utilities infrastructure support, and physical plant operations. These services shall be performed IAW the objectives and responsibilities outlined in public law; Federal regulations; DOD directives; and applicable AF, MAJCOM, and installation directives, instructions, regulations, technical orders, and plans. Property Maintenance: Sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facility systems and base infrastructure for all installation organizations. Sustainment work is defined as recurring work involving facilities, utility systems (excluding utility operations), real property installed equipment and other equipment maintained by the BCE. The contractor shall plan, program, design, construct, restore, or modernize facilities/infrastructure for all installation organizations, including repair of storm damage, demolition of AF-owned property, and bringing facility systems up to code. CE Property Support Services: Utility Infrastructure: Provision and management of utility infrastructure and distribution of energy to customer facilities including the related commodities of electricity, natural gas, compressed air and steam. Water and Waste Water Treatment: Provision and management of water and waste water service to facilities and the related commodities of water, sanitary sewer, industrial wastewater, and the infrastructure used to acquire and deliver these to support facility customers. Facility Services: Provision and management of multiple Real Property Services for all CE requirements and base facilities, except Military Family Housing, such as automatic door maintenance, elevator inspections and maintenance, entomology services, fire extinguisher maintenance, gas line surveys, grease trap cleaning, hoist and crane testing, hood and duct cleaning, oil-water separator cleaning, portable toilets, septic tank cleaning and other baseunique services.
