The Government looks forward to receiving your proposals on this opportunity. * * * 27 April 2021 - PPI Tool * * * A courtesy PPI Tool word document has been uploaded to assist in the progression of past performance information. This document is provided as a word document to ensure the embedded PPI Tool is downloadable. The same information will be provided in the Section L attachment when revised documents are posted. It is the Government's anticipation that RFI responses will be posted by the end of this week and it is anticipated that an extension to the proposal deadline will be included. This extension is yet to be determined and will be posted at that time. * * * Pre-Proposal RFI Deadline is COB 21 April 21 * * * This solicitation is for the acquisition of Base Civil Engineering (CE) Services Operations Management at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), OK. CE services operations management is vital to the support of Tinker's warfighting missions and touches every person and orgainization on the installation. The CE services operations management requirement includes proper management and stewardship of over 19 million square feet in over 400 facilities and over 5,000 acres of land. Continued CE services operations management is required to ensure installation facilities and infrastructure are maintained and operated so TAFB organizations can accomplish their missions. Major functional areas to accomplish these services include: Operations management; Resources management; and General services including daily management and administration. NOTE 1: Proposals must be valid for 240 calendar days from proposal due date. NOTE 2: Draft documents were included in with the pre-solicitation synopsis to assist interested vendors in getting a jump start on proposal preparation. Additional comments have been included in the CEOps_RFI_Response_Matrix, the PWS has minor changes, an MOA has been added to the CBAs, and "DRAFT" has been removed from Section L and Section M. It is the vendor's responsibility to review ALL documents and propose accordingly.
