SYNOPSIS This pre-solicitation notice is for the acquisition of base civil engineer (CE) services operations management at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), OK. CE services operations management is vital to the support of Tinkers warfighting missions and touches every person and organization on the installation. The CE services operations management requirement includes proper management and stewardship of over 19 million square feet in over 400 facilities and over 5,000 acres of land. Continued CE services operations management is required to ensure installation facilities and infrastructure are maintained and operated so TAFB organizations can accomplish their missions. Major functional areas to accomplish these services include: Operations management; Resources management; and General services includeing daily management and administration. NOTE: The Request For Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released on 9 April 2021. Draft documents have been included with requirement appendices and other attachments for convenience in assisting interested parties to begin proposal preparations ahead of RFP release.
