This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the one posted here. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13, the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 213, and the Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) Par 5313.
