The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) services on the REFORM Blade Tip Grinder (BTG) at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A, see attachnment #2. The Contractor shall provide a Annual Maintenance Preventive/Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) contract, 1 Base Year plus 4 option years on the 76 PMXG Reform Blade Tip Grinder (BTG).
