Lawrenceville, GA FA813222P0036 $1,425,060 AMENDMENT 3: The start date for the Dry Ice Requirement has been extended to 1 Sep 2022, and the Period of Performance for each year has been revised in the CSS (see attachment). *DELIVERY NOTE: The Dry Ice Pellet CLINs: 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003 & 4003 have been revised to allow for the delivery of Dry Ice Pellets in bulk containers, as long as they are in the bi-weekly quantities requested. **DUE DATE: The due date for quotations has been extended to 7 Jul 2022 to allow for any revisions due to CSS changes.
