Repair Services - This 76 Propulsion Maintenance Group (76 PMXG) requirement is for the heat-treating rubber burnout of TF33 Inlet Guide Vanes. The contractor shall be compliant with all Federal, State, and Local laws concerning the burnout treatment process. The contractor must have systems in place for Quality Management, Deficiency Investigation, and Measuring and Test Equipment Calibration. The contractor must have furnaces equipped with operational Thermal Incinerators to deal with harmful effluents emitted from the burnout process. There must also be processes in place for handling ash to prevent operator exposure to cadmium and lead.
