The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the technical, analytical, and strategic services in support of Class IX and Class VII NGS necessary to provide marking platform software updates and related services for various part marking activities at the AF ALCs as well as the AF Gunsmith Shop and Crypto facility at Lackland AFB, Vandenberg AFB, Lackland AFB and the 309th EMXG at Kadena AFB in support of Next Generation Serialization (NGS) and other marking standards. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications, and this Statement of Work (SOW). The Government’s acquisition strategy is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Multi-Year Contract. The scope of the intended contract includes the annual renewal of Monode TRIAD marking platform software for 62 Monode Marking Platforms, and OEM maintenance for hardware that requires certified technicians, OEM diagnostic software, and specialty tooling to successfully perform repairs on equipment that could not otherwise be repaired through preventive maintenance.
