AMENDMENT 06 (22 April 2020/0900hrs) -Extended until 28 April 2020 at 1159PM CST, updated Q&A and CSS Q: Does the bidding small business have to service the equipment directly or is it the intention for the OEM to provide service when requested to the small business set aside bidder? A: It is the contract recipient’s responsibility to ensure maintenance is performed, not the OEM’s. We are not concerned how the maintenance is accomplished as long as it is IAW the contract and PWS, and the contractor does not treat any other party illegally or unethically. ------- No further questions for this solicitation will be accepted per Marc J.
