This is a notice of the government's intent to award a sole-source contract to The Boeing Company for the remanufacture of Elevon Actuator Controllers (EAC). The work involves disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, finishing, and the production of associated test sets. The anticipated period of performance is from July 2026 to July 2033, with services to be performed at the contractor's facility. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until they are. The contract will not be a small business set-aside, but the awardee must fulfill subcontracting plan requirements.
