This is a market survey to identify potential sources for the full-rate remanufacture of 515 Flight Data Transmitters (FDTs), Part Number 50210-307, for the Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) platform. The contractor would be responsible for delivering remanufactured units at a minimum rate of 94 per year, with first delivery required no later than August 2030. The government will provide a complete Technical Data Package, test sets, and prototypes upon a future contract award, but does not possess the full package at this time. The effort requires expertise in remanufacturing critical components, testing, logistics, and meeting nuclear certification requirements. Both large and small businesses, including teaming arrangements, are encouraged to respond to this planning survey.
