Common Airborne Telemetry and Instrumentation Kit (CATIK) Enterprise Production Contract
This is a pre-solicitation notification of the Government’s intent to award a sole-source production contract to Boeing for Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM)/Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) Test Instrumentation Kits (CATIK), managed by AFNWC/NDM at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The CATIK is a universal kit for ALCM test flights that processes multiple subsystem inputs through a Common Core Unit PCM MUX output routed to an embedded encryption device for secure telemetry. The scope covers procurement, assembly, testing, qualification, and delivery of CATIK shipsets, LRUs, SRUs, and Flight Termination System components using Government Furnished Property. The expected contract is Firm-Fixed-Price for a base lot of 15 CATIKs, with options for 15 Flight Termination Batteries and 15 Instrumentation Batteries, and delivery is expected within 18 months after award. The solicitation is expected to be available on or before November 16, 2026; funds are not presently available, and this will not be a small business set-aside, though the contractor must meet small business participation and subcontracting plan requirements.
