The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(b)(7). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of the Notice.
