Substitute/equal items will not be considered for award. This acquisition is for a Spectro Scientific LaserNet 230 to include specifications/accessories described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition includes delivery, installation, performance verification, and training. Only vendors authorized by Spectro Scientific to supply, install, verify performance, and train the required items will be considered for award. Please see attached Statement of Work for specific details of this acquisition.
