This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of the service listed below. The contract will be issued for a one-time Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
