The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one (1) year Maintenance Service Warranty with the option to exercise four (4) additional years for service of the Filter Debris Analyzer for the Oklahoma City- Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in the Equipment List (Appendix A) for On-Base and the Government Furnished Property (GFP) Attachment (formerly Appendix B) for Off-Base. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturers equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
