This acquisition will be conducted IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is FOB Destination (shipping included in cost of items). Tinker AFB, OK, 73145. Tinker AFB Truck Gate Entry Procedures are incorporated into the CSS. Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Include enough data in your response for the Government to address all of the salient characteristics of the requested items to determine the technical acceptabilty of the items you are quoting. Vendors shall address and assumptions and proposed exceptions in the quotes. Vendors agree to hold the prices in quotes firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of quote.
