Please read the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document thoroughly before submitting response. This acquisition will be conducted IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is FOB Destination (shipping included in cost of items), Tinker AFB, OK, 73145. See attached Tinker AFB Truck Gate Entry Procedures. Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Include enough data in your response for the Government to address all of the salient characteristics of the requested items to determine the technical acceptability of the item you are quoting. Vendors shall address any assumptions and proposed exceptions in the quotes. Vendors agree to hold the prices in quotes firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quote.
