**AN AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTED** This is a solicitation notice for the procurement of one (1) Advanced Multiline Demagnetizer Machine and one (1) Conveyor/ track assembly to also i... **AN AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTED** This is a solicitation notice for the procurement of one (1) Advanced Multiline Demagnetizer Machine and one (1) Conveyor/ track assembly to also include installation and performance verification at Tinker Air Force Base IAW the Statement of Work. FOB destination is TINKER AFB, OK. This requirement must have the following specifications: One (1) each Continuous Duty Demagnetizer with the following specifications o Demagnetizing coil contained in a housing that can remove magnetism from parts via passing parts through coil/opening. Machine will run on continuous duty that allows the operator to continuously run parts through the coil without the machine cycling off by itself after a certain amount of time. o Includes a conveyor/track that goes through the coil, on which the operator can manually move a basket of parts. o Purpose: demagnetizer will be used to remove magnetism from parts as directed in disassembly procedure. o Utilizes a coil (non-surface type demagnetizer) o Weight (with conveyor assembled): max 1053 lb o Height: 5’ – 6’ tall o Width and Length (with conveyor assembled): max 4’ x 10’ o Opening/Coil size (with conveyor assembled): 28” wide x ~21.5” tall (minimum size to fit basket of parts) o Electrical Utilities: 460 VAC, 60Hz, single phase, 61 Amps Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following: 1. Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively. 3.
