Serv C25-004 Leica Probe Repair The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one-time repair of Leica Probe for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at the Contractor’s off-site facility. The equipment is listed in Appendix A/GFP attachment. 1.1.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this PWS. 1.2 Special Qualifications: The contractor will need to be an authorized to work on Hexigon Leica Probes. 1.3 Requested Services: The Contractor shall provide one time Repair to include but not limited to the following. Repair of a Leica T-Probe 1.4 Parts and Materials: The Contractor shall provide and use only new parts and material in performance of this PWS unless otherwise authorized by the CO. Long lead items greater than five (5) business days must be identified and provide sufficient documentation to the GPOC supporting the delaccord
