Information regarding the DD Form 2345 and certification for Contractor’s who wish to obtain access to unclassified technical data is available at https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/ Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following: 1. Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively. 3. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times 4. Please complete information in all “Fill-in” provisions and clauses, especially: a. FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable) b. FOB destination is Tinker, AFB. •The carts are to meet all specifications lined out in the attached drawings. *Copy of the Drawing Package is available on request upon receipt of the Contractor's DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Date Agreement). No quotes can be accepted until the Solicitation has been posted. Please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a quote in.
