The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Linde Engineering North America, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following service: Annual PM/RM is required... The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Linde Engineering North America, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following service: Annual PM/RM is required for three (3) T-Thermal process heaters that are utilized to heat high pressure process air to simulate jet engine operating conditions in the performance testing of Air Driven Accessory End Items. The PM is required to maintain maximum performance of the equipment IAW Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) design and operational specifications. The Contractor shall utilize OEM design specification, operational specifications, and programming to ensure correct and optimum operation of the heat exchangers. The PM shall include inspection and tuning for each process heater. 76 CMXG is requesting that the Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on two (2) T-Thermal UT-9 Process Air Heater (Serial Numbers 9110-1 and 9110-2) and one (1) T-Thermal 3599X-0619 Process Air Heater (Serial Number 350-0516-01) located at Building 200, for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A (On-Base). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 02 February 2024 – 01 February 2025 System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
