Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following: 1.
