The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: 76 CMXG Composite Shop is requesting the utilization of funds for the purchase of EC-1660 primer. The primer must meet the following specifications: a. 3M Scotch-Weld Structural Adhesive Primer EC-1660, 5% Solids _ IAW _ BMS5-42V, Type.I, Class.II • Order of 80 gallons to be split into four equal deliveries of 20 gallons every 3 months for the entire period of the contract. b. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS5-42 type 1 class 2. c. All shipments must include product shelf life, & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB. d. All shipments must be packed with Dry Ice to ensure the product is kept at the proper temperature and must include the following monitors: • Two (2) Data Logging Monitors per shipment • One (1) 3M Monitor Mark 9860A Time Temperature Indicator (or equal) per shipment • One (1) Warm Mark 25°C/77°F Ascending Time-Temperature Indicator (or Equal) per shipment. • One (1) 0° to 80°F Irreversible Temperature Indicator Label per shipment A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 12 months ARO This is a Small Business Set Aside. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325520 with a size standard of 550 EMP.
