The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to RAD SOURCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following commodity: • The contractor shall deliver One (1) Teledyne DALSA, XINEOS-2222HS Flat X-ray Detector and One (1) Rad Source NDT Vision Software System with Peripherals. • The contractor shall provide Delivery, Installation, testing, troubleshooting, removal, and integration of existing components to new components as necessary for acceptance of the system to constitute a fully operational system, operation, and maintenance Training. • The Contractor shall make all necessary adjustments to the NDT Vision Imaging System Software and Peripherals until the item is fully operational in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and to what is stated in this Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 90 days ARO This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
