One (1)... The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: 1. The 76th AMXG requests the purchase of one (1) Composite Oven 2. The requested item descriptions/specifications are outlined below. a. One (1) Composite oven to include the following specifications: 1) One (1) Class A walk in oven that meets NFPA 86 requirements • Maximum overall outer dimensions: 175x100x132 inches • Minimum chamber dimensions: 100x80x94 inches • Voltage and frequency: 480V, 60Hz, 3-phase • 108kW heater • Insulated construction with corrosion resistant interior, includes insulated flooring • Double doors with latch o Heater deactivates if door is open • UL certified control panels • Min 650°F temperature rating • Temperature control stability of at most +/- 0.5°F • Temperature uniformity at most +/- 1.5% • Temperature and high limit controller o Minimum 4” diagonal display o Minimum of 35 ramp/soak user definable profiles o Option to resume task in the event of power failure with • Periodic temperature surveys from 2-inch test access port on oven roof • Two recirculating fans o Airflow capacity of at least 11,000 CFM • Powered Exhaust o 400 – 1000 CFM • Adjustable up/down airflow ducts • High-limit auditory and visual alarm o Auditory alarm 70 – 80dB with off switch • Internal pressure relief panel • Process timer and purge timer • Safety circuitry and disconnect switch • Vacuum manifold with at least 8 vacuum ports, a 3/8" NPT connection in the oven chamber and exterior • At least 8 vacuum transducer ports, 3/8" NPT connection in the chamber o Includes a pass-through pipe to a vacuum transducer • A 16 plug Type J thermocouple jack panel • Operation and maintenance manual • A vacuum pump skid with one pump capacity of 7.1 ACFM 2) One (1) Lifting Lugs, bolt on 3) Sixteen (16) High temperature type J male thermocouple plugs 4) Shall be shipped fully assembled A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
