The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one-time Off-Base, TT&E, Repair, of Worthington High Pressure Pumps SN 684810001, 851244, and 56-012249b, to support CMXG located at Oklahoma City- Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
