This is related to notice FA8125-22-Q-0004 Portable HEPA Air Filtration Unit. FBO: Commodity: The Air Force intends to have a site visit and solicit for the following commodity: The 76th AMXG is requesting Portable HEPA Air Filtration Unit. This requirement must have the specifications in accordance with the Item Description. The Portable HEPA Air Filtration Unit will be operated at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) OK. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Delivery should be 3 months ARO. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 with a size standard of 1,250 EMP. The site visit will take place on 07 February 2022 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Kayona Hooks at kayona.hooks@us.af.mil by 03 February 2022 at 11:00 AM. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver’s license to be allowed on the installation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
