The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Innovative Automation Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the following supply: The 76 CMMXS is requesting one (1) set of Hot Side Fin Stamping Dies and one (1) set of Cold Side Fin Stamping Dies for the KC-135 Fin Press number IAP4341E, Tool Holders and Anvils for the Hot and Cold Fin sides. The tooling is designed to mount inside the IAP4341E Fin Press. The specifications must include the following: Hot Side Fin Tooling (referenced to drawing number 201346301-100 Fifty-Two (52) right hand teeth Fifty-Two (52) left hand teeth One (1) upper clamp bar and hardware One (1) lower clamp bar and hardware Cold Side Fin Tooling (referenced to drawing number 201346301-100 Fifty-Two (52) right hand teeth Fifty-Two (52) left hand teeth One (1) upper clamp bar and hardware One (1) lower clamp bar and hardware Tool Holders (designed to hold the Hot Side Fin and fit within the existing IAP4341E Fin Press) Tool Holders (designed to hold the Cold Side Fin and fit within the existing IAP4341E Fin Press) Anvil replacement set (designed to be used with the Hot Side Fin and fit within the existing IAP4341E Fin Press). These Anvils can assist with quick changeover. Anvil replacement set (designed to be used with the Cold Side Fin and fit within the existing IAP4341E Fin Press). These Anvils can assist with quick changeover. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
