Amendment FA8125-21-Q-0038 P0001 this amendment is to add the revised SOW to the subject Solicitation. Five (1) each B-1 Pig Pens with the minimum listed specifications and services: The contractor shall fabricate five (5) each B-1 Pig Pens to specifications listed in drawing, X202076480 The first pen (as prototype) shall be delivered to Tinker Air Force Base no later than forty-five (45) days after award Contractor shall perform on site assembly of the first prototype within seven (7) days of delivery Twenty-eight (28) days shall be allotted for the government to perform prototype functional tests to assess the viability of the design The government engineer will provide any updated drawings if the pen design requires changes, along with a detailed list of design changes, to the contractor The Contractor shall deliver the remaining four (4) pens within forty-five (45) days after government engineering has validated and verified (val/ver'd) the prototype Contractor shall perform on site assembly of the remaining pens and fourteen (14) days shall be allotted for contractor assembly on site. Assemblies/subassemblies shall be packaged and shipped by the Contractor in a manner that prevents them from being damaged or destroyed The government will provide outdoor space for the Contractor to assemble the stand Contractor shall have access to all standards or specifications referenced in the “notes” section of the drawing X202076480 Contractor shall provide validation/verification of the four (4) remaining pens by an In-House or Third-Party Quality Assurance Specialist prior to delivery In-House or Third-Party Quality Assurance Specialist shall validate/verify the assembly and shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with ASME Y14.100 specifications, including appendices B through E Contractor shall provide a formal report to the government after validation/verification and prior to delivery with a summary of facts related to the performed validation/verification and the results Contractor welders to perform the work for this service shall be AWS Certified Welders (CW) Contractor shall have a minimum of (5) years of experience in machining and fixture fabrication of same or similar equipment. Contractor shall provide proof of experience with their bid response to the government as requested in the official solicitation. Contractor shall provide proof of the above listed certifications with their official bid.
