Amendment 0008: The Purpose of this amendment is to post additional industry question and answers and to coordinate another site visit for interested parties. SECOND = A site visit for industry is scheduled for 15 April 2021 at 10:30 am CST. Contractors are to meet assigned personnel at Tinker's Visitor Center to get their pass/ID at 8:30 am on base. The visitors center is located at the Tinker Gate, 2911 S. Air Depot Blvd. Please make sure you have two forms of identification along with insurance verification for the vehicle you will be driving on base. If you will be driving a rental car, the rental agreement should work. If you plan to attend the site visit please let Amanda Payne know via email by 2:00pm CST on 14 April 2021. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual. THIRD = All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Installation Performance verification Training Contractor shall provide installation, training, and performance verification IAW this SOW.
