**Response due date updated to 05 Feb 21 by 1000 CST, see Amendment 1** This service is a one-time repair and rebuild of the Cincinnati Machine spindle cartridge, Model Magnum H5-800, SN 3147A0198-000... **Response due date updated to 05 Feb 21 by 1000 CST, see Amendment 1** This service is a one-time repair and rebuild of the Cincinnati Machine spindle cartridge, Model Magnum H5-800, SN 3147A0198-0007, to return equipment to original operational specifications. • The contractor shall remove, rebuild, and re-install of the Cincinnati Machine spindle cartridge, Model Magnum H5-800, SN 3147A0198-0007 • All repair work shall be in accordance with the OEM's specification, including the run-in procedure after the spindle is installed • The spindle rebuild shall include new super-precision bearings. The bearings shall be preloaded to the correct specification • The repair shall also include checking the drawbar force and repairing if not within specification • All spindle parts shall be cleaned • All of the seals and o-rings in the spindle assembly shall be replaced • A warranty shall be in place that ensures the life of the spindle for 800 operating hours. • The contractor shall complete the entire contract in 4 weeks from start to finish
