In order to meet the Government's Qualified Products listing (QPL) the chemical paint stripper must be in accordance with one of the following brand names stated below and Tech Order (TO) 1?1?24 para 4.44.1.2: QPL & TO 1?1?24 1. B&B 9095N 2. AS 5050 In addition the following capabilities must be able to be met. *Product must arrive on location within 45 ARO and with a minimum manufacturer’s shelf life of 85%. *Shipments will be of 250 to 350 gallon totes (Orders will be placed in gallons to reflect size of tote) of chemical paint remover. * Each shipment must be shipped with a current Safety Data Sheet Contract Quantities * Minimum order: 3600 gallons * Average Monthly usage: 3600 gallons * Maximum Contract quantity: 57,600 gallons
