The Purpose of This Amendment Is: to post industry question and answers. FIRST= The following questions are hereby answered as follows: Question 1 - In order to accurately size flow meters for this system what will be the true minimum flow rate, something above zero? Answer 1- The Contractor could use a minimum flow rate of 0.5 PPH. Question 2 - Second, you mention supply pressure of 85-200 psig, does this mean that at times it will need to operate to 100 lbm/hr with only 85 psig supply pressure, where other times it can have up to 200 psig, or if the supply pressure is lower, is the overall max flow rate required lower? Answer 2 - Our shop supply air is between 90-110 psig on average. The system capacity should be 100 PPH @ 100 PSIG. 200 PSIG is the maximum air supply without damaging the air flow tester. The air flow tester should have capabilities of regulating the supplied air flow. For instance the supply air is between 90-110 PSIG, we would have the capabilities to leak test a unit at 10 psig and it will have a leakage of 1.5 PPH. SECOND = All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
