The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of two different types of Aerospace Adhesive for a multiple year IDIQ style contract. In addition for instructions outlines in 52.212-1 offerors are instructed to include, IAW 52.211-6: 1.) Brand name or equal information. IAW 52.212-4 Addendum: 2.) Offers of express warranties normally provided to the commercial market to include extended warranties.

A Multi-year contract is needed in order to set up a consistent and reliable supply that will support the workload of the 553rd Commodities Maintenance Composite Shop. The Adhesives being bought are 250 DEGREE ADHESIVE FILM 3M AF-163-2K & 3M AF30_10mil Structural Adhesive. A Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ type contract is contemplated. The contractor must be on the approved distributors list, approved and certified by 3M and Boeing. IAW BMS 5-101Tech Data and QPL, & IAW BMS 5-42v tech Data & QPL. Estimated Period of Performance: 01 June 2020 – 30 May 2021 Option year I: 01 June 2021 – 30 May 2022 Option year II: 01 June 2022 – 30 May 2023 Option year III: 01 June 2023 – 30 May 2024 Option year IV: 01 June 2041 – 30 May 2025 System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
