Answer 1- Powder coating is acceptable. Question 2 - Is it possible to not powder coat this until the final approval has been made by Tinker? Answer 2- It cannot be delivered bare metal. It must be coated on initial delivery and modifications will have to be recoated to the best match possible. SECOND= All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
