The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: The 76th AMXG requests the purchase of one (1) each Composite Vertical Bandsaw. The requested item descriptions/specifications are outlined below. a. One (1) Composite Vertical Bandsaw 1) Shall have a minimum 10-foot power cord and plug with a 208V/30A/3-phase power requirements. 2) Shall have variable cutting speeds capable of a minimum of 40 Surface Feet Per Minute (SFPM) to a maximum of at least 5000 SFPM and controls 3) Throat capacity: at least 24" 4) Cutting Height Capacity: 12”-14” 5) Blade width: 1/8"-1" 6) Table Height from Floor: 40"-46” 7) Footprint maximum: 72” L x 36” W x 84” H 8) Table Tilt (deg.) maximum: At least 10 on Left. 45 on Right 9) Table size minimum: 14” x 14” 10) Shall include standard miter gauge 11) Shall include Blade Guard and Tension control device IAW OSHA 1910.213 12) Shall include Work Light 13) Shall include Blade Speed readout in SFPM 14) Shall include Emergency Stop Button, Blade Start Button, and Blade Stop Button 15) Shall include Vacuum for removal of dust 16) Shall include compatible 60-80 grit Continuous Diamond Edge, or 70-100 grit Continuous Remington Tungsten Carbide Band Saw Blade 17) Shall be delivered fully assembled A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 30 days ARO This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332216 with a size standard of 750 EMP.
