The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: The contractor shall provide for the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and any other incidentals for a 400 Hz Power Converter for use in any of the designated outside locations for E3 ops checks on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The converter will have the capability to power one aircraft and be towed at a speed of 5mph. The contractor shall provide complete design, manufacture, inspection, testing, documentation, training, delivery, tools, installation/assembly, labor, and other incidentals necessary to make the E3 400 Hz Power Converter operational and usable. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 90 days ARO System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
