Commodity Synopsis The US Air Force (USAF) intends to solicit and issue one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following Brand Name commodities: The 76th CMXG requires a contract for the purchase and delivery of one (1) Delta H Dual Chamber Aerospace Heat Treat System to include delivery, offloading, installation, startup/performance verification, calibration and training. The requested description/specifications are outlined below: • Delta H Dual Chamber Aerospace Heat Treat System PN: DCAHT-241672-1200/500-MIL QTY: One (1) • OPC/UA/MODBUS Package PN: RMHTS QTY: One (1) • IUID tag plate per MIL-STD-130x PN: IUID_Tag QTY: One (1) • Installation PN: INST QTY: One (1) • The quench tank shall be fitted with a high capacity submersible pump of the manufacturer’s design, or as provided by the manufacturer as a normal optional item. This shall be for agitation and maintaining uniform temperature. Operation of the pump must have both a manual and automatic mode. An additional thermocouple shall be installed and capable of communication with the temperature recorder for water temperature monitoring. • The Contractor shall provide delivery, offloading, installation, startup/performance verification, calibration and training in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). • The Contractor shall meet all requirements listed in the SOW. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 88 Days ARO. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
