Commodity Item Description for the C22?040 CMXG Chemical Stripper Bridge 100% Small Business Set-Aside Brand Specific The Government requires the one-time purchase of 14,400 gallons of chemical stripper in accordance with the Qualified Products List (QPL) 2008-01 and Technical Order (TO) 1-1-24 para 4.44.1.2. The current QPL and the T.O lists the following: . a) B&B 9095N b) AS 5050 In additions the following capabilities must be able to be met. Shipments will be of 300 gallon totes equipped with "banjo style connectors" and of a size not to exceed 40"W x 48"L x 53"H." (Orders will be placed in gallons to reflect size of tote or by 50 gallons of chemical per totes) of chemical paint remover. Each shipment must be shipped with a current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Additional Contract Qualifications First delivery of 1,500 gallons must be delivered within 7 calendar days of award and 1,500 gallons delivered every 7 calendar days afterwards until the total amount of totes on the contract is reached. Shelf life on this initial order of 9,600 gallons is waived to a minimum of (5) five months remaining. Per DoDM 4140.27, Volume 1, materiel will have no less than 85 percent (allowing for rounding to whole months) of shelf-life remaining at time of receipt by the first Government activity. Consider as non-conforming any delivery from a contractor not having at least 85 percent original shelf-life remaining.
