The Air Force intends to solicit for the following commodity: The 76th AMXG is requesting Portable HEPA Air Filtration Unit. This requirement must have the following specifications: • One (1) Portable Air Filtration unit • Shall have minimum 3 stage HEPA rated filtration system. • Shall have Maximum Height of 5 ft. • Shall have Minimum Air Flow of 4,000 CFM. • Inlet shall have a "Y" adapter for (2) hose connections. • Shall have Hose connection size of either 10"in or 12"in. • Shall have Minimum two (2) Magnehelic Gauges for monitoring Differential Pressure (DP) across filters. • Casters shall be heavy duty (suitable for being towed), two (2) of Casters shall be lockable. • Shall have tow bar. • Shall have automated compressed air jet pulsation filter cleaning system. • Shall include one (1) extra set of all three stages of filters • Shall have epoxy coating (or equivalent protective coating) • Shall have Minimum of 5 HP, 3 Phase, 1750 RPM, TEFC Motor with non-overloading blower with overload protection A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Total Small Business Set-Aside Estimated Period of Performance: 3 months System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 with a size standard of 1,250 EMP.
