The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a Sole Source contract to The French Oil Mill Machinery Company, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), for the following service: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Preventative/Remedial Maintenance and Calibration at Oklahoma City – Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the PWS. Known Problems: Preventive and Routine Maintenance Requested Services: The Contractor shall perform the following services: Requesting contractor to come on base to perform thorough inspection of the equipment. Inspection of mechanical function, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electrical control systems. 365 Day / Annual Frequency Every inspection will yield a final report of their findings & suggestions of remedial action. Request unfunded RM CLIN in addition to addressing out of cycle remedial maintenance. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 90 days ARO System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
