The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: 76 AMXG is a request the purchase of one (1) Diesel powered Articulating Boom Lift, with the following specifications: 1 (one) Diesel powered articulating boom lift Articulating Boom The lift shall have an articulating boom with a maximum platform height between 45 ft. and 55 ft. Shall have a maximum horizontal platform reach of at least 25 ft. The platform must have at least 14 square feet of platform area and have a maximum capacity of at least 550 lbs. The platform must have fall arrest anchors/attachment points that work with fall protection harnesses and lanyards to allow workers to exit the platform when elevated. The platform must have 180 degrees of powered horizontal rotation independent of the boom. The boom must have at least 355 degrees of swing. The lift must have a maximum inside turning radius of 7ft. Must have a fuel tank with a capacity of at least 16 gall 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 90 days ARO This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
