The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to International Automated Systems (IAS), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the following commodity: The 76th AMXG requires a contract for the purchase and delivery of for the purchase and delivery of two (2) UTV Maintenance and Cargo Haulers fitted with Military Conversion Kits. The UTV Maintenance and Cargo Haulers specific requirements are as follows: 2” Receiver hitch 1800 lb+ Towing capacity Exterior dimensions must not be larger than 11x6ft – to fit in DFT trailers Diesel truck towing trailer w/diesel generator; Minimum cargo area 50x40”/payload capacity 1200lbs; Must be able to carry two (2) individuals and tools/components Fuel type shall be the same for ease of refueling The UTV Maintenance Cargo Haulers must each be fitted with the Military Conversion Kit, specifically detailed below: MACH-3-MIL Conversion Kit Three (3) passengers single row Deluxe cab HVAC Color - Tan or Olive Drab Diesel engine Maxxis Big Horn tires Fixed cargo bed with L-track tie downs Cargo bed sides Cargo bed must be 56" x 46" A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 120 Days ARO. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ .
